JE Dunn Construction seeks an Equipment Operations Manager 1 to lead an equipment operations team, providing rental services to internal and external customers. You will manage scheduling, fleet, repair, maintenance, and billing while aligning with the Blue Hat strategy and company goals.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to drive efficiency across operations at a designated location.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years rental, construction, or related industry experience.
• 2+ years people management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment rental operations and team performance.
• Manage scheduling, fleet, repair, and billing processes.
• Maintain equipment fleet knowledge for scheduling and service decisions.
• Analyze reports and advise leadership on trends and improvements.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
