Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Atlanta invites an experienced Equipment Operations Manager 1 to lead an equipment operations team delivering rental services to clients while advancing the Blue Hat strategy. You will oversee scheduling, fleet management, repairs, and billing, while guiding safety culture and optimizing operational metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, construction management or related field is preferred.
• In lieu of the above requirements, relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages all aspects of equipment rental operations per Blue Hat strategy; uses operational metrics for decisions.
• Ensures clients receive guidance and solutions for equipment needs.
• Oversees transactions in purchasing, fleet/inventory management, scheduling, billing and customer relations.
• Maintains knowledge of fleet quantity and location to drive scheduling, service and repairs.
• Analyzes key reports to guide growth and improvements; identifies revenue opportunities.
• Oversees resolution of equipment, inventory, service and billing discrepancies.
• Leads training and supports Blue Hat operations across events and meetings.
