Responsibilities include contract coordination, driver log reviews, and coordinating vehicle maintenance. A high school diploma plus 1–2 years in equipment rental with a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of equipment rental experience.
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills required.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities; problem-solving orientation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local branches to open/close contracts to support dispatch operations.
• Review driver logs and schedules as directed by the Dispatcher.
• Serve as primary communication link between branches and Market Logistics Operation Center.
• Monitor vehicle inspection reporting and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Assist with driver scheduling, timekeeping, and third-party hauler coordination.
• Provide updates on next runs to aid vehicle staging; expedite as needed.
• Support dispatcher in prioritizing pickups based on need and time constraints.
• Order and restock parts; perform semi-annual parts usage reviews and adjust stock.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
