Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of equipment lending, loan operations, documentation, servicing, or quality control experience.
Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation, collateral requirements, funding processes, and servicing systems.

Responsibilities

Perform pre-closing quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation.
Verify borrower, guarantor, collateral, and entity information prior to execution.
Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve delays and ensure timely transaction completion.
Book lease transactions and perform servicing-related activities as needed.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and operational risk management.
