Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks an experienced professional to perform independent quality reviews across the equipment lending lifecycle. You will ensure documentation accuracy, funding readiness, and compliance with approved terms while coordinating with Documentation, Underwriting, and Servicing teams to maintain timely processing.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in loan operations or related fields, with strong Excel and reporting skills, and a diligent approach to compliance and quality control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of equipment lending, loan operations, documentation, servicing, or quality control experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation, collateral requirements, funding processes, and servicing systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• High standards of accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and compliance activities.
• Superior organizational and prioritization discipline, capable of handling multiple complex client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-closing quality control reviews of loan and lease documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify borrower, guarantor, collateral, and entity information prior to document execution.
• Identify and resolve documentation exceptions before closing.
• Review closing packages to ensure documents are properly executed and funding conditions are met.
• Coordinate with Documentation, Underwriting, Relationship Management, Servicing, and Funding teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare loan documentation to support operational volumes and business continuity.
• Maintain quality control procedures and track exceptions, proposing process improvements.
