Job summary

Texas Capital seeks a seasoned Loan Operations Originations Manager to lead commercial and CRE loan closing activities across Texas Capital Bank. You will oversee CRE closing, booking, funding, and servicing support while partnering with Lending, Credit, Legal, Risk, and executive teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

You will mentor and develop team leads, drive process improvements, and implement scalable solutions to support growth in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in commercial lending or loan operations, including closing and due diligence.
Minimum 5 years in CRE loan closing, including complex transactions.
Minimum 8 years in management of loan production/closing teams.
Strong knowledge of lending regulations and banking operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Loan Operations teams for commercial, corporate, and CRE closings.
Direct CRE closing, booking, funding, and servicing support activities.
Monitor workflows, service levels, and performance metrics.
Address high-risk or complex transactions requiring management review.
Collaborate with Lending, Credit, Legal, Risk, and executive leadership.
