Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue through new and existing client engagements.

You will prospect, qualify opportunities, propose solutions and close transactions while building strong relationships with customers, team members, and internal/external stakeholders. The role requires 3+ years in quota-driven sales, CRM experience (preferably Salesforce), and solid knowledge of commercial equipment leasing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of quota-driven sales experience.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Knowledge of commercial equipment leasing, sales, marketing and funding docs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated and action oriented.
• Advanced MS Word and Excel skills.
• Develops newly assigned accounts while strengthening existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by prospecting, qualifying opportunities, proposing solutions and closing transactions.
• Set direction for sales activities and manage execution of plans.
• Prepare and present proposals and bids; negotiate terms with clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers via excellent communication and high-quality service.
• Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and customer reactions.
• Recommend new solutions by evaluating current offerings to fill needs.
• Collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities and deliver sales results.
• Utilize Salesforce to document and drive the sales process with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
