Responsibilities

• Maintain an independent forward-looking view on client creditworthiness and communicate it to partners.
• Monitor deals, conduct reviews, and decide on renewals or modifications.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk and Relationship Managers to manage exposure.
• Analyze historical financials and projections to ensure accurate risk ratings.
• Underwrite and document transactions including money, amendments, waivers, and treasury related products.
• Provide credit decisions, risk ratings, and policy interpretation to partners.
