U.S. Bank is hiring a Payoff Analyst in Equipment Finance to support payoff quotes, dispositions, and transactions. You will work with sales, credit, and documentation teams to ensure timely processing and exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes accurate records, issue resolution, and cross-department coordination while maintaining strong customer relationships and knowledge of Equipment Finance processes.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong customer service and problem-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Experience working across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
• Equipment leasing or Equipment Finance experience is preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for customers and internal business partners.
• Generate and process payoff quotes and payoff transactions.
• Manage end-of-term lease activities, including equipment dispositions.
• Respond to customer requests, inquiries, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with sales, credit, documentation, insurance, titling, and other internal teams to support customer needs.
• Research and resolve transaction discrepancies and operational issues.
• Identify potential customer concerns and proactively work toward resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in department systems.
• Cross-sell or refer customers to additional bank products and services when appropriate.
• Develop expertise in assigned accounts, products, and Equipment Finance processes.
