Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking an Equipment Finance Documentation Specialist to manage end-to-end documentation, closing, and funding of equipment finance transactions. You will work with clients and internal teams to ensure policy, compliance and timely funding while maintaining a high standard of client service.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience with loan documentation and a strong understanding of due diligence and perfection processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience with loan documentation and due diligence.
• Experience with UCC searches, lien perfection and title work is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the transaction documentation and closing process for Equipment Finance.
• Coordinate with client, relationship manager and deal team to address policy and compliance for closing.
• Obtain approvals from accounting, tax, pricing and legal to meet transaction requirements.
• Prepare lease/loan documents and ensure liens/ownership are perfected.
• Board transactions to the accounting system and ensure timely follow-up items.
