Fifth Third Bank seeks an Equipment Finance Documentation Specialist to manage the transaction documentation and closing process for equipment financing. You will coordinate with clients, relationship managers, and asset and pricing teams to ensure policy, compliance, and timely closing.

You will prepare lease/loan documents, verify lien perfection, complete due diligence (KYC, UCC searches, proof of insurance, corporate docs), and communicate funding details.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience with loan documentation.
• Experience with due diligence and perfection processes.
• Knowledge of UCC searches and lien perfection.
• Understanding of lease/loan documentation and titles.

Responsabilités

• Manage the entire transaction documentation and closing process for Equipment Finance transactions.
• Coordinate with client, relationship manager, portfolio manager, asset manager and pricing manager to ensure policy, compliance and regulatory matters are addressed.
• Ensure that transactions are documented and closed per credit and asset management approval memo(s).
• Obtain required due diligence items (KYC, UCC searches, proof of insurance, entity docs, assignments, UCC-1/3, invoices).
• Prepare funding communications and ensure proper disbursement of funds (wire, deposit, check).
• Board lease/loan transactions to the accounting system and meet service standards.
