Fifth Third Bank is seeking an Equipment Finance Documentation Specialist to manage the closing and funding of Equipment Finance transactions. You will coordinate with clients, relationship managers, portfolio managers, asset managers and pricing managers to ensure timely, compliant documentation and accurate funding instructions.

The role requires 3–5 years in loan documentation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

3-5 years’ experience with loan documentation and related diligence preferred.
Knowledge of UCC searches and vehicle titling processes.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products; strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

Manage the entire transaction documentation and closing process for Equipment Finance transactions.
Collaborate with clients, relationship managers, and internal teams to address policy and closing requirements.
Obtain and analyze required due diligence items including Know Your Customer, UCC searches, and titles.
Prepare ACE Transaction and funding communications to ensure proper disbursement of funds.
Ensure liens/ownership perfection and proper filings; coordinate with legal when needed.
