U.S. Bank is seeking a Leasing Specialist 3 to provide administrative and operational support to the Equipment Finance team. You will work with credit analysts, documentation partners, sales, and operations to prepare transactions for review and processing.

Responsibilities include setting up applications, ensuring documents are complete, entering data across systems, and assisting with large-ticket deals. A focus on accuracy and cross-team collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in leasing or other financial operations activities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage requests from multiple queues.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests through a shared email mailbox using a first-in, first-out workflow.
• Set up Equipment Finance applications in applicable systems.
• Verify required documents and information for transactions.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and transaction data across systems.
• Prepare transaction packages for credit analysts for review.
• Support large-ticket transactions (> $1M) preparation activities.
• Complete KYC activities for transactions and monitor KYC queue.
• Collaborate with credit analysts, documentation teams, and sales to move transactions efficiently.
• Handle sensitive customer and financial information responsibly.
