Regents Capital Corp. is seeking a Funding Administrator to support funding transactions for a team of Account Managers. The role focuses on collecting stipulations, reviewing funding documents, and ensuring compliance and efficiency within the Funding Department.

Responsibilities include coordinating between teams, ordering inspections, and handling UCC filings while upholding the company’s standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of industry funding experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collection of stipulations and funding documents.
• Review lease and loan funding documents before commencement.
• Meet efficiency, productivity and quality targets set by Management.
• Improve function effectiveness by coordinating between support and business functions.
• Order inspections nationwide to protect assets.
• Prepare and place UCC filings and order lien searches.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
• Adhere to company rules, policies and safety regulations.
• Adhere to local, state and federal laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or Sales team.
• Understand and comply with all company rules and regulations.
