Regents Capital Corp. is seeking a Funding Administrator to support funding transactions for a team of Account Managers. The role focuses on collecting stipulations, reviewing funding documents, and ensuring compliance and efficiency within the Funding Department.

Responsibilities include coordinating between teams, ordering inspections, and handling UCC filings while upholding the company’s standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of industry funding experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Summary

The Funding Administrator utilizes industry experience and knowledge to help facilitate equipment lease and loan transactions for a team of seasoned Account Managers, and act as support for the Funding Department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Facilitate the collection of all stipulations and required funding documents
• Carefully review lease and loan funding documentation prior to forwarding to commencement
• Meet efficiency, productivity and quality targets as set out by Management
• Assist and increase the effectiveness and efficiency with improvements to function as well as coordinate and communicate between support and business functions
• Order inspections nationwide to ensure asset protection
• Prepare and place UCC filings and order lien searches
