Commercial Funding Partners seeks an experienced Documentation Manager to oversee the preparation and management of commercial equipment lease and finance documentation. You will work closely with credit, sales, and operations to move transactions from credit approval through closing and funding.

The successful candidate has 5+ years in equipment finance documentation, with familiarity of agreements, leases, schedules, endorsements, UCC filings, and related closing requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in equipment finance or leasing documentation.
• Experience with equipment finance agreements, leases, schedules, amendments, assignments, UCC filings, guarantees, insurance requirements, and commercial transaction closings.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven abilities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and manage commercial equipment lease and finance documentation.
• Review credit approvals and ensure documents reflect approved terms.
• Coordinate documentation with customers, vendors, sales, credit, and funding partners.
• Manage transactions through execution, closing, and funding.
• Review executed documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate UCC filings, insurance, guarantees, and other closing requirements.
• Assist with credit line and portfolio management.
• Maintain transaction files and documentation standards.
• Support complex transactions involving multiple vendors, equipment schedules, and customized structures.
