Responsibilities

• Communicate up/downstream to assure common understanding and direction.
• Review daily reports to identify safety, quality, delivery gaps and develop countermeasures.
• Use data analysis and PDCA to justify solutions with related groups for area of responsibility.
• Monitor and manage equipment and processes to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Develop self and team through training, mentoring, and sharing experiences.
