Job summary

LG Energy Solution is seeking an Equipment Engineer 1 for its L-H Battery Company in Jeffersonville, Ohio. This role involves supporting manufacturing plans, ensuring equipment safety, and optimizing performance.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing-related job or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong self-motivation and desire to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Korean language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacturing and production plan and ensure workplace safety.
• Utilize data analysis to develop and justify solutions for complex equipment issues.
• Monitor equipment to ensure optimal manufacturing performance.
• Develop and ensure completion of production work orders for equipment-related items.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness in accordance with 5S3R Standards.
