Job summary

Rose International is seeking an Inspection Technology Engineer in Jeffersonville, Ohio, onsite at the LGES – Honda Joint Venture facility. The role focuses on establishing and improving inspection systems to maximize OEE, reduce downtime, and support production plans.

Responsibility includes data-driven problem solving, equipment monitoring, PM work orders, and close collaboration with vendors and internal teams to maintain safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–2+ years in manufacturing or related internship.
• Experience analyzing data to resolve equipment issues.
• Familiarity with PDCA and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven inspection improvements using PDCA to reduce equipment issues.
• Monitor inspection equipment performance and ensure safe operation.
• Create and present reports on machine stops, yields, and downtime.
• Develop inspection PM work orders and calibrate inspection machinery.
• Train and mentor engineers and technicians on inspection equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and purchasing for equipment repairs.
