Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. in West Virginia seeks a Dispatcher to organize daily dispatch of branch equipment, ensuring safe and timely operations and responsive service for customers.

You will schedule drivers, handle customer orders, coordinate emergency repairs, and support inside sales, with emphasis on safety and clear communication. This is a Safety Sensitive role within our policy framework.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers and organize dispatch of all equipment for the branch.
• Assist in taking customer telephone orders for deliveries, pickups and service.
• Arrange for all emergency field repairs.
• Answer customer calls and review driver schedules to fulfill requests.
• Assist Inside sales team as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
