United Rentals is seeking a Dispatcher to organize daily equipment dispatch for the branch in a safe, timely manner. You will schedule drivers, handle customer orders for deliveries and pickups, and coordinate emergency repairs to meet customer needs.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of DOT/FMCSR rules. Excellent multitasking, communication, and teamwork abilities are essential, with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers and dispatch all equipment for the branch.
• Assist in taking customer telephone orders for deliveries, pickups and service.
• Arrange for emergency field repairs.
• Answer customer calls and review driver schedules to fulfill requests.
• Assist Inside sales team as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
