Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Columbia, Missouri. You will be the face of their service, assisting customers with rentals, equipment checkouts, and inquiries using modern tech like U-Scan.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and forklift operation (certifications provided after employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
