Job summary

Best Restaurant Equipment & Design, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to manage equipment projects from order placement through final delivery.

This on-site role collaborates with customers, vendors, freight carriers, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The Coordinator will be the main contact for customers and suppliers, track timelines, coordinate freight logistics, and resolve issues while maintaining thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, project coordination, account management or related experience.
• Familiarity with buying and selling concepts and a basic grasp of accounting, including cost‑to‑price relationships and contract reconciliation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software
• Experience with logistics, equipment sales, or project coordination is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment orders and projects from start to finish
• Serve as a key contact for customers, vendors, and manufacturers

We're seeking an organized, customer-focused Coordinator to manage equipment projects from order placement through final delivery. You'll work closely with customers, vendors, freight carriers, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position is 100% onsite.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate equipment orders and projects from start to finish
