Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking an Equipment Configuration and Logistics Specialist to identify, track, and control government and contractor assets, and maintain accurate inventory records in accordance with applicable regulations.

The role involves overseeing receipt, delivery, transfer, or disposition of assets and coordinating with GFP staff and the receiving manager to ensure smooth movement of GFE and GFP property.

Qualifications

• Experience managing government equipment.
• Experience working with Excel.
• Experience handling government documents, including 1149s.
• Knowledge of equipment and property management tools or systems (AssetSmart, PIEE).
• Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and pay strict attention to detail.
• Ability to move 50lbs.
• Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and control government and contractor acquired assets and maintain inventory records.
• Oversee receipt, delivery, transfer, or disposition of assets in accordance with applicable regulations using current technology.
• Maintain GFP and GFE inventory; collaborate with GFP staff and the receiving manager to ensure efficient movement of property.
• Assemble data and maintain up-to-date inventory of GFP and GFE.
• Transport equipment, including servers weighing up to 50lbs, to mailroom for shipment.
