Job summary

TRISTAR is seeking a detail-oriented GFP Coordinator to support GFP management activities for a government prime contract. This role ensures accurate GFP inventory, reporting, and compliance with FAR 52.245-1 and related regulations, acting as the primary point of contact for GFP matters with government customers and internal teams.

The role requires experience in government property or logistics, ability to process DD1149s, and proficiency with WAWF/PIEE GFP Module and Assetworks. U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting government property management or logistics in a federal contracting environment.
• Experience processing GFP documentation (e.g., DD1149s) and using WAWF/PIEE GFP Module.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Logistics, supply chain or GFP training or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day GFP management activities for the assigned contract.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for GFP-related requests and reporting with internal and government customers.
• Perform GFP receipt, inspection, tagging, record creation, inventory, and movement activities.
• Ensure GFP transactions are processed in the WAWF PIEE GFP Module and reflect accurate status.
• Maintain GFP records in eQuip by Assetworks with supporting artifacts.
• Prepare and support monthly GFP inventory reports and contract deliverables.
