Job summary

Cherokee Federal seeks a Property Equipment Manager to oversee GFP/GFM and contractor property, ensure accurate MIS records, and support FP equipment readiness across the AFCENT AOR. Role requires active Secret clearance, DoD logistics experience, and handling of serialized assets.

Responsibilities include inventory, shipping and receiving, warranty and disposal, and coordinating with field service reps; strong Excel skills and ability to maintain audit-ready records are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of DoD/federal government property or logistics experience.
• Experience with serialized equipment, repair parts, and high-value assets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GFP/GFM and contractor property accountability and MIS records.
• Maintain real-time lifecycle records including serialized asset details, location, status, and costs.
• Handle storage, receiving, inspection, packaging, and COSIS for equipment and parts at Shaw AFB and AFCENT AOR.
