Job summary

Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC seeks a part-time Equip Network Specialist to provide administrative support for The Equip Network. The role includes handling inquiries, processing registrations, and updating CampusNet in tandem with the Equip Network Coordinator.

You will liaise with partner churches, mentors, and staff, while developing promotional and internship materials. Strong attention to detail and MS Office skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and share information with potential Equip and Mentored Internship participants.
• Process, maintain, and ensure accuracy of registration applications.
• Maintain CampusNet pages in collaboration with the Equip Network Coordinator.
• Serve as liaison between the Equip Office, student body, and churches/organizations.
• Maintain communication with Equip and Mentored Internship participant liaisons.
• Develop and update Equip and Mentored Internship materials in collaboration with Communications Dept.
