Young Living Inc. is seeking a Wrangler II to provide daily horse care, training support, and public event assistance. You will work with the head trainer to maintain stalls, feed, groom, and prepare horses for training and performances on-site and off-site.

The role requires intermediate knowledge of horse health, anatomy, riding, and reproduction basics, plus experience with heavy equipment and safety protocols. Seasonal hours and outdoor work are expected.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on horse handling experience in a professional setting.
• One year of experience in a wrangler, stable hand, or barn technician role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily horse care including feeding, grooming, saddling, harnessing, and stall cleaning.
• Identify signs of illness, lameness, and injury in horses.
• Ride and drive horses in training programs.
• Assist in public events and performances on-site and off-site.
• Operate, maintain, and repair barns, paddocks, and equipment.
• Support facility upkeep including fencing and light construction.
• Participate in basic shoeing and hoof care under guidance.
• Assist with reproductive and birthing processes.
• Use advanced care tools like Bemer and Thera Plate systems.
• Operate tractors, telehandlers, forklifts, wagons, and horse‑drawn equipment.
