Job Bridge Global is seeking tough, reliable candidates to join elite Kentucky horse farms as a Horse Groom / Wrangler / Farm Hand. Relocation assistance is provided, and accommodation is included for a physically demanding, hands-on role.

You will feed, groom, and monitor high-value horses, assist with vet and training activities, and support daily farm operations in a prestigious environment. Prior ranch or horse experience is preferred and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with farm work, ranching, or horses.
• Comfortable around animals and outdoors in all conditions.
• Physically strong, dependable, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Feed, groom, and care for high-value horses
• Clean stalls and maintain barn and farm areas
• Walk and exercise horses, assist with veterinary care
• Help with foaling, breeding, and training (depending on experience)
• Handle general ranch tasks and support daily operations
