Qualifications

• Equine or large animal veterinary technician experience required.
• Comfort handling horses including safe restraint.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in barn and front-desk settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, answer phones, and schedule appointments and farm calls.
• Maintain daily schedule flow and prep doctors for appointments.
• Share test results and discharge instructions with clients.
• Prepare and document Coggins tests and health certificates.
• Enter charges, process payments, and scan records.
• Assist with lameness exams, radiographs, and surgeries.
• Help with barn chores and hospital care as needed.
