Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience in handling horses and equine facilities.
• Strong communication with clients and staff.
• Able to work in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
• Able to multitask and stay organized.
• Comfortable working with clients in emotional situations.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Familiar with operating a tractor and lawn equipment.
• Be able to lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage admissions and departures.
• Check-in/out horses and document patient information.
• Direct clients within hospital and provide policy information.
• Maintain orderly hospital areas and clean stalls.
• Assist with loading/unloading horses from trailers.
• Support with husbandry tasks (feeding, cleaning stalls).
• Assist with discharge processes and medications as needed.
• Communicate effectively with doctors and team members.
• Keep barn areas clean and organized.
