Job summary

Shoppers Supply is seeking an Equine Key Holder to lead the Equine, Pet & Feed department and work hands-on with the team. You will stock feed, assist customers, and cover the department when needed, bringing real expertise in animal care products to every customer interaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to supervise and train associates. You will report to Store Management and help carry out store priorities while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Equine, pet, feed, farm, ranch, or agricultural retail experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of equine and pet care, feed products, and related supplies is a big plus.
• Reliable attendance and the flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Department, Hands-On and manage day-to-day operations.
• Stock feed, assist customers, and load/unload merchandise.
• Serve as MOD and provide store-wide direction and support.
• Deliver knowledgeable guidance on equine, pet, and feed products.
• Maintain department standards, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy.
