Wedgewood Pharmacy is seeking a CC Equine Specialist to deliver high-quality equine customer support and expert knowledge of our systems and processes. The role focuses on providing exceptional service to Wedgewood Equine customers through phone, email, and chat.

The position requires 1-3 years of equine customer service experience and a Pharmacy Technician License or willingness to obtain. Roles may include extended hours and weekend work, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in an equine customer service environment.
• Pharmacy Technician License or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier II support with the Customer Care Operations team.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve complex customer issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Deliver high-quality professional resolutions to internal and external customers.
• Serve as subject matter expert on internal and online systems for equine customers.
• Identify trends in system, customer, and quality issues.
