Job summary

Wedgewood Pharmacy in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support our animals' health from a virtual call center.

New-hire education includes six weeks of paid in-classroom training at our Swedesboro, NJ campus. After training, the role is remote with meetings; schedule Monday–Friday 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST plus one Saturday per month and one extra Saturday per quarter.

Qualifications

• NJ Pharmacy Technician license required or training provided.
• Experience with high-volume inbound calls and multitasking.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Navigate patient and prescriber profiles across multiple systems.
• Enter prescriptions into our systems.
• Handle inbound, outbound, or written inquiries via phone, email, SMS, chat.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and fulfillment teams to serve customers.
