Bell Mountain Ranch's saddle and tack shop is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to blend hands-on store leadership with strong relationship-building in the local equestrian community. This onsite role focuses on delivering standout customer service while driving retail and sales performance.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, merchandising flow, inventory, and transactions, coordinate orders, and maintain a safe, organized storefront.

Qualifications

• Equestrian industry knowledge and comfort working around horses.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Computer proficiency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, merchandising flow, and transaction accuracy
• Serve as the go-to contact for ranch boarders, new customers, and vendors
• Coordinate ordering, inventory tracking, and basic reporting using computer systems
• Maintain an organized, detail-focused storefront that supports a safe Ranch environment
