Responsibilities

• Patrol resort facilities to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor video management, surveillance, and access control systems.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, alarms, and guest requests.
• Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Investigate incidents and policy violations.
• Enforce security protocols with a guest-focused approach.
• Assist guests and team members with questions and directions.
