Qualifications

• Experience in flooring or coatings preferred.
• Ability to safely operate and maintain tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of epoxy and other fluid-applied flooring systems.
• Support polished concrete preparation and finishing.
• Surface preparation including grinding, cleaning, patching, and moisture mitigation.
• Mix and apply materials according to specifications.
• Follow job site safety standards and company procedures.
• Work as part of a crew to meet quality and production goals.

Skills

1-3 years of experience in flooring or coatings

Familiarity with epoxy, urethane, MMA, or polished concrete

Ability to perform physical labor (standing, bending, lifting 50+ lbs)

Strong attention to detail

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
