Job summary

HDR is seeking an EPM Systems Manager to lead the PBC and PCM platforms within our cloud-based EPM environment. You will supervise senior financial system analysts, translate business needs into technical EPM solutions, and ensure alignment with FP&A and accounting teams.

You will mentor staff, manage project priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders across finance and operations to drive continuous improvement and strong data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field with 10+ years IT/ERP experience.
• Experience configuring and supporting EPM Cloud/Hyperion environments.
• Strong communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead with strategic direction and balance immediate needs with long-term goals.
