Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced EPM Systems Manager to join our Cloud-based PBC/PCM support team in the United States. You will lead technical support for PBC, PCM, FCC, ARC, ESG, TRC, and EDM, translating business needs into scalable EPM solutions while mentoring senior analysts.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and Operations, supervise one or more Senior Financial System Analysts, and help drive process improvements and data quality in a fast-paced professional services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with finance/accounting/system background.
• 10+ years in ERP/IT with finance or accounting focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams; manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic thinking for EPM Cloud initiatives.
• Support PBC and PCM modules; cross-train with FCC, ARC, ESG, TRC, EDM.
• Translate business requirements into technical EPM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects with priorities.
