Job summary

TechClub Inc in New York is seeking an Oracle EPCM Cloud Functional SME to lead enterprise-scale Oracle EPM implementations. This role focuses on EPCM design, profitability modeling, budgeting, and cost allocation, translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions for finance and accounting stakeholders.

You will own the full implementation lifecycle—from discovery to post-production support—while coordinating with finance, accounting, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Oracle EPCM Cloud design and deployment.
• Two or more full lifecycle EPCM implementations completed.
• Strong accounting, FP&A, budgeting and cost-management knowledge.
• Experience coordinating with finance, accounting and technical teams.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable EPCM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design and fit-gap analysis for EPCM and Planning Cloud.
• Design and configure EPCM solutions for profitability analysis and cost allocations.
• Translate business requirements into allocation rules and reporting structures.
• Manage functional activities across discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Oracle EPM modules to ensure integration.
• Develop data/interfaces requirements and document functional specs.
