Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support PBC and PCM in EPM Cloud. The role focuses on technical support, data reconciliation, and process improvement within enterprise planning and reporting.

The candidate should have a strong background in finance systems, Oracle EBS, and data platforms, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/analytics or related field was required
• 7+ years experience in application management, support, or equivalent is needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical
• Advanced Excel skills are essential for reporting and analysis
• Experience with EPM Cloud, Hyperion, and data integration is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for PBC and PCM in EPM Cloud
• Translate business requirements into EPM technical solutions
• Develop and maintain EPM financial reports
• Assist with user security and data quality
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Operations teams
