Summa Health Medical Group in Akron, OH seeks an experienced Epilepsy Specialist to join the Summa Health Neurosciences Institute. The role offers the chance to advance a comprehensive epilepsy program with access to technology, advanced diagnostics, and surgical intervention within a collaborative health system.

The position emphasizes 100% epilepsy care in a mix of clinic and inpatient/EMU settings, supported by a full neurophysiology lab, imaging services, and Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Completion of an Epilepsy fellowship
• Preference for an experienced epilepsy physician with interest in complex epilepsy management and/or advanced epilepsy care
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in Ohio or ability to obtain an Ohio license
• Interest in teaching, lectures and resident education
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered, team-based care
• Interest in clinical innovation, technology and the continued advancement of epilepsy treatment
