Marcel, located in the Breuer building on Madison Avenue, seeks a seasoned sommelier to lead our wine program. You will curate the wine list with chefs, suggest pairings with the menu, and maintain a fully stocked cellar, while training staff and negotiating vendor pricing.

The ideal candidate has extensive wine knowledge and upscale dining experience; a sommelier cert or hospitality degree is beneficial. Full-time role with Compass Group USA benefits in a design-forward NYC setting.
