Qualifications

• 2+ years sommelier experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of wine regions, producers, vintages.
• Clear communication and organization to elevate guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, well-organized wine cellar and station.
• Recommend wine pairings to guests and upsell beverages.
• Educate guests and staff on beverage selections and wine list changes.
• Assist with monthly beverage inventory and maintain service standards.
• Provide warm, knowledgeable service and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
