Job summary

Swoon in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Epicor Systems Architect / Lead Developer to take ownership of the architecture across the company’s ERP and adjacent systems. You will influence the path from Epicor Classic to Kinetic, guide integrations, and set technical standards while collaborating with the VP of Technology.

You’ll lead architectural decisions, mentor developers and a Business Analyst, and work with external partners to deliver robust, scalable solutions across ERP, CPQ, rules engines,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development or systems engineering experience, with architecture/senior technical lead background.
• Deep Epicor ERP/Kinetic experience including BPMs, BAQs, data directives and integration methods.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, React/TypeScript, and SQL Server.
• Experience mentoring technical staff and guiding developers and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day application architecture and design decisions across Epicor Kinetic, SPECs CPQ, RepConnect, and SQL Server.
• Define architecture roadmap and technical standards for the application landscape.
• Guide Classic-to-Kinetic conversions and determine Epicor integrations approach.
• Design and oversee integrations between Epicor, CPQ, RepConnect, and other systems.
• Lead design reviews and provide senior technical guidance to Internal and External Applications teams.
• Partner with Infrastructure on hosting, environments, performance, security, and multi-site requirements.
• Document architecture decisions and standards in Azure DevOps.
