Job summary

ThinkingAhead is seeking an accomplished Epicor ERP Specialist to manage our cloud-based Epicor Kinetic environment and oversee the complete ERP lifecycle. The role blends high-level architectural customization with AI-enabled enhancements and essential daily system administration for our manufacturing and distribution operations.

The ideal candidate will drive BAQs/BPMs, data integrity, and dashboards while integrating EVA and predictive analytics to optimize forecasting and supply chain

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Epicor ERP administration and development.
• Experience with Epicor Kinetic cloud environment preferred.
• Proficiency with BAQs, BPMs, DMT, and dashboards.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities (EVA) into ERP.
• Strong SSRS reporting; basic C# and SQL knowledge.
• Industry knowledge in manufacturing, converting, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize cloud-based Epicor Kinetic platform.
• Design BAQs, BPM directives, and customized dashboards.
• Integrate EVA, predictive analytics, and AI connections.
• Perform data migrations, mass updates, and maintenance with DMT.
• Develop and deploy financial and operational reports via SSRS.
