Adastra is seeking an experienced ERP Director to lead enterprise software strategy, optimize Epicor Kinetic, oversee integrations, and drive digital transformation across manufacturing and operations. You will partner with executive leadership, govern data, and steer BI initiatives while building a high-performing enterprise applications team and managing technology budgets.

Competenze

• 5+ years of senior technology or enterprise applications leadership experience.
• Strong background in ERP implementations, integrations, and enterprise software strategy.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, business process optimization, and SDLC.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage technology investments, and collaborate with executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field required; master's preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead enterprise applications strategy including Epicor Kinetic, CRM, integrations, and modernization.
• Oversee Epicor Kinetic performance, enhancements, upgrades, and business process improvements across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations.
• Drive data governance, reporting, BI, and analytics initiatives.
• Manage application security, system architecture, vendor relationships, and technology budgets.
• Lead and develop the enterprise applications team while partnering with cross-functional business leaders.
• Support MES, shop-floor integrations, and manufacturing technology initiatives.
