Electric Mirror LLC seeks a Senior ERP Application Specialist with 5+ years of Epicor Kinetic experience to lead design, development, and administration of our Epicor Kinetic ecosystem. You will own front‑end and back‑end work, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and smooth integrations across business units.

You’ll design UI layers, implement BPMs and server‑side customizations, and craft dashboards using SSRS and Power BI.

Formación

• 5+ years of Epicor ERP experience, including 2+ years in Epicor Kinetic in manufacturing.
• Hands-on mastery with Application Studio, Solution Workbench, Report Builder, SSRS, SSMS, and SQL Server.
• Strong IT and systems analysis experience in an integrated manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical architecture and development within Epicor Kinetic, including UI design and complex BPMs.
• Manage environment lifecycle: migrations, upgrades, and security management.
• Engineer integrations between Kinetic and external platforms via REST APIs and webhooks; explore AI-driven automation where applicable.
• Drive Epicor rollout phases with cross‑functional collaboration to resolve inefficiencies.
• Provide ongoing user support for Epicor Kinetic; troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and automate reporting.
• Develop and maintain IT‑supported applications outside the Epicor ERP ecosystem.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and lead training sessions.
