Elevate Digital seeks an entrepreneurial, strategic engineer to own the end-to-end Epicor Kinetic implementation. You will collaborate with senior executives to architect an agile, secure operational blueprint and drive cross-functional modules across Operations and Finance.

You will lead data visibility through BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and SSRS reports, while ensuring ITAR, CMMC L2, AS9100D, and NADCAP compliance and ongoing audit readiness in a startup-growth environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP experience, including Epicor Kinetic deployments or optimization.
• Proven startup environment experience with building BAQs, BPMs, and dashboards from scratch.
• Deep knowledge of ITAR, CMMC L2, AS9100D, NADCAP standards and aerospace/aerospace defense compliance.
• Experience enabling continuous audit readiness and adherence to DCAA/DCMA requirements.
• Strong finance and operations fluency in aerospace manufacturing (cost accounting, project billing, shop floor).

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end implementation of Epicor Kinetic from scoping to deployment.
• Partner with C-suite to translate business goals into ERP architecture.
• Integrate Cre8tive CCS for security, CUI handling, FAI tracking, and audit readiness.
• Map and configure modules across Operations and Finance (MRP, MES, Scheduling, Inventory; GL, AP/AR, Cost Accounting).
• Build BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and SSRS reports for real-time leadership insights.
