Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking a Sr. System Administrator to own and optimize the Epicor Kinetic ERP environment. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead deployments, upgrades, integrations, and customizations to support growth.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions, and ensure reliable data and interfaces across the ERP landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epicor ERP administration experience.
• Hands-on with Epicor Kinetic in on‑premises and cloud.
• Strong BAQs, BPMs, MOMs, BOMs, C#, SSRS, dashboards, and DMT experience.
• Strong SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Extensive Epicor customization and development experience.
• Experience with Epicor upgrades, implementations, and migrations.
• Understanding of ERP architecture and technical integrations.
• Ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, administration, and governance of the Epicor Kinetic ERP environment.
• Drive Kinetic implementations, upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
• Engineer integrations between Kinetic and third‑party apps.
• Develop ERP customizations, dashboards, reports, and workflows.
• Build integrations using REST APIs and JSON.
• Provide ongoing technical support for Epicor users.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Develop and improve IT-supported ERP-related applications.
• Manage data extraction and reporting using SQL.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience.
